Presenter Registration: Existing Account Found

If you receive any the following messages when registering as a Younique Presenter, you will need to login to your customer account to complete your registration or use a different email address. If you cannot remember the password associated with your customer account email, please use the “Reset Password” feature on the website. 

1. “OOPS…EXISTING ACCOUNT FOUND”  #

To Resolve: At this point, you may reset your password. Once it is reset, you can login to your customer account and complete your registration. Or, you may use a different email address that is not already associated with a Younique account. 

We want to ensure that you are able to register your account successfully! If for any reason you’re unable to register with your email address, please contact Customer Care for additional assistance.

2. “The email address you entered is already attached to a Younique account, or there was a server error.” #

To Resolve: This message is most commonly encountered when you are prompted to create a primary email for your social media account. Depending on your preference, you can return to the login page and login using the customer account associated with that email address. If you don’t remember your password, use the “Reset Password” option.

You may then login as a customer using your email and password to complete your registration. Once you have finished your registration, you may add your social media account to your Presenter account in your Back Office under “My Account” and “My Social Profiles.”

Or, you may use a different email address for the primary email address associated with your social media account.

We want to ensure that you are able to register your account successfully! If for any reason you’re unable to register with your email address, please contact Customer Care for additional assistance.

3. “Email has an existing account please login to an existing account.” #

To Resolve: You will receive this message during the registration process if the email you provide is already associated with a customer account. Depending on your preference, you can return to the login page and login using the customer account associated with that email address. If you don’t remember your password, use the “Reset Password” option.

You may then login as a customer using your email and password to complete your registration. Once you have finished your registration, you may add your social media account to your Presenter account in your Back Office under “My Account” and “My Social Profiles.”

Or, you may use a different email address to complete your registration.

Reset Password #

If you do not remember your customer account password, you can reset your password by clicking the “reset password” link next to the login feature as shown below.

Once you submit your request, we will send you an email containing a link to reset your account password. We want to ensure you can access your account quickly! If you have any problems resetting your password, feel free to contact Customer Care.
